The Cabell County Public Library shared a Plan of Action relating to upcoming changes to their budget if the Board of Education Excess Levy passes. The existing Levy will prevent the libraries from being able to maintain all current hours, locations, and activities. See the image below.

Vote NO on the levy in May and tell the Board of Education to find a solution that fully satisfies the schools, the Parks, and the Libraries when it runs again in November.
