Since the levy failed in May, The Board of Education has selected a new superintendent and proposed a new Board of Education Excess Levy. The proposed Levy will restore FULL funding to the Parks and Libraries, including repaying equalization payments that had previously been withheld, and it supports the Schools fully, too! Cabell County Public Library Plan of Action

The Cabell County Public Library shared a Plan of Action relating to upcoming changes to their budget if the Board of Education Excess Levy passes. The existing Levy will prevent the libraries from being able to maintain all current hours, locations, and activities. See the image below.
